This beautiful fan is made of a nylon fabric with a phoenix design. It is constructed from stainless steel and has approximately 13 stainless bars attached to the nylon fabric giving the fan an overall weights of 1 lb. The folded height is 12 1/2" tall. When opened the width is approximately 23 1/2". Opens with popping sound. Available in Black or Red
